Our commitment to your privacy

National AI Technologies (NAIT) operates Oman’s sovereign AI platform, serving government institutions, private enterprises, and academic organizations. Protecting the information entrusted to us is central to our mandate. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a demonstration, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email address, organization, and the content of your message. When you browse our website, we collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time and duration of your visit. We collect only what is needed to respond to your request and to operate, secure, and improve our services.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, evaluate partnership and integration requests, deliver and improve our services, maintain the security of our platform, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations in the Sultanate of Oman. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to our mandate.

Data sovereignty

Data sovereignty is the foundation of our platform. Information processed through NAIT services is hosted on secure national infrastructure within the borders of the Sultanate of Oman. Our systems are built, managed, and operated by Omani talent, under clear governance and in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.

Security

We protect information through layered security controls, including encryption in transit and at rest, governed access on a need-to-know basis, continuous monitoring, and strict operational procedures across the full data lifecycle. Our security practices are designed to meet enterprise and government requirements on par with international benchmarks.
